Join our team as a Dental Nurse, assisting in patient care and clinical procedures. You’ll work closely with our dentists to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.

The Role

• Provide a warm, empathetic welcome to all patients
• Manage reception operations: calls, diary scheduling, payments, cashing up, reporting
• Drive patient sign-ups to Practice Plan and communicate benefits clearly
• Follow up with new patient inquiries, ensuring engagement and conversion
• Support the team with marketing ideas, including social media and community engagement and sending our Google Reviews links
• Maintain excellent presentation of the front of house

Performance & Bonus Structure

Practice Plan Sign-Up Bonus: A tiered, cumulative flat bonus based on the number of successful plan sign-ups per month. Bonus amounts stack across tiers. Bonus is not paid per sign-up.
