Managed to get an appointment at this Dentist . First let me say thank you to everybody I've seen from Alison the practice manager to the lovely receptionist sorry I forgot to ask her name but very welcoming and the lovely dentist Almira I think she's called and her assistant. I was terrified of going to the dentist due to bad experiences but I can tell you after only two visits I'm not going to worry again. I had a clean today and never felt a thing thank you again. I'm back in a couple of months now but I can say I won't be anxious. I can't recommend them highly enough....

My children and I have been patients at Kingswater Dental Practice for some years and the service is always fantastic. Just recently I phoned the practice after I was concerned about my child's wobbly tooth suddenly turning grey. The lady I spoke to, Alison, was most helpful she put my mind at ease straight away. I emailed photos of the tooth and she followed up with a phone call and reassured me everything was normal, however, would still ask the dentist to review them to be sure. The next morning I received another follow up call, to say the dentist had reviewed the photos and again reassured me everything was indeed normal. I feel Alison went above and beyond to put my mind at ease and I appreciate her commitment in helping my son and I. Thank you again

*From the moment I arrived at my first appointment all staff were really kind (I have a very anxiety producing mental health disorder so can be difficult to deal with by anyone's standards) I didn't become anxious at all. Alison the manager spoke to me for a while. She is easy to speak with an interested in you as a person, she allowed me to babble. She was also very professional and courteous as were all of the staff. After my first examination they were transparent about the initial costs and also about my future plan to avoid larger costs in the future. *Dr Mwiza Katema and her dental assistants are very caring. Everything is explained in detail and the first examination was over 45 minutes with many x-rays, pictures of my teeth, checking the mouth and glands in-depth - I have never had a check up last this long and I can tell you! I feel thoroughly looked after with a good plan moving forward. As a single female I also found it a lot less invasive having two women in the room rather than a man and woman which is usually standard for dentists. Many would not mind but I felt personally more comfortable with this

I was recommended this dental practice by a friend after being de-registered from my practice during covid due to no fault of my own. My son hadn't seen a dentist since he was 2 years old and I was able to register him at Kingswater as soon as I called up. I can't thank the staff enough for being so lovely, accommodating and friendly. As a young disabled parent, I struggle to be in public places but the staff make us feel right at home. They send reminders so you never miss an appointment. My son had a course of treatment that he had done effortlessly, he didn't feel any pain and was very happy to wear the "super cool" sunglasses during. The predominantly female Kingswater Dental practice are the best in the North West! Thank you so much Like

My previous dentist messed my teeth up and left me with no teeth nor dentures and then closed with no warning. This dentist (after ringing a dozen other dentists) was the only one who provided me the help I needed. Much recommended. Courtesy to the lovely receptionist.If it has ten stars I would give it twenty😁
